Sell My Video Games FAQ
- Who are you and why should I sell my games to you instead of the pawn shop, EB Games, or other buyer of games?
- The Game Cellar is a separate part of the Gaming Graveyard that only buys video games. There is no selling done here. We want to give you the best prices for your games, and at the same time keep ourselves clothed and fed buy re-selling through the mediums we choose. We spend a lot of time researching the best places our games will sell (and what games will sell), so if you've got the right games/systems/accessories, we'll buy them, no questions asked.
About buying from us: you can take your games into the pawn shop, and get lowballed, or compare the prices you see online at the Game Cellar. We offer shipping credits so you don't get gigged for sending your games through the mail to us, and we also do local pickups in the Spokane, Washington area. Check us out, ask questions, and get some cash when you need it. We only do video games, and do them well.
- Do you buy every game that was ever made?
- Although we buy quite a few games, some of the ones that are out there are either really common, or no one seems to like
them very much. We typically do not buy these games (you probably won't find them listed on our site), as they don't meet our criteria for replay value. If you aren't sure about a certain game, or cannot find it on our site, send us an email at The Gaming Graveyard.
- Do you really pick up people's sell orders in Spokane Washington and the surrounding area?
- Yep. Within 10 miles of the Spokane Valley area, we pick up orders free of charge when you are selling over $25.00 worth of stuff. For pickups between 11 and 25 miles, there is a $10.00 debit that will be made against any sell order you place, due to the high cost of fuel these days. Over 25, miles we recommend you ship your order (we offer shipping credits!), or meeting us somewhere within our pickup range.
To initiate a pickup, simply check the 'Local Pickup' option when prompted, enter your phone number, and we'll give you a call to arrange a time and place, or if you prefer, we can communicate via email. Note: We may decline to pick up sell orders from a residential address and insist upon meeting at a business address at our discretion.
